You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Misuse of the platform — including fake profiles, harassment, or fraudulent behaviour — may result in suspension or removal of your account.

Your privacy matters to us. Profile details and photos are shared only according to your privacy settings. We never sell your personal information to third parties, and contact details are shown only with your consent and as per your membership controls.

You control who can view your profile, photos and contact information from your account settings. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Membership fees are charged for access to premium features. Once a membership is activated and premium features have been used, fees are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a payment was made in error or charged incorrectly, please contact our support team with your payment details and we will review your case promptly.

Never share financial information, send money, or share OTPs/passwords with anyone you meet on the platform. Always meet in a public place for the first few meetings and inform your family.

Use the in-app report and block features if you encounter suspicious or inappropriate behaviour. Our team reviews every report seriously.
